The first two-year-old of Baoma Corp stallion TUNWOO’s (Medaglia d’Oro) first crop sold today for $100,000 when hip #135, a homebred filly out of mare Soiree Stunner crossed the stage at the OBS March Two-Year-Olds In Training Sale.
Hip #135 was purchased by Susan Chu and so makes a welcome return to the Baoma Corp barn. The filly was consigned by Julie Davies LLC, Agent.
The Baoma Corp homebred previously sold at OBS October as hip #62 to Elusive Thoroughbreds for $28,000. At the fall sale, TUNWOO was #1 Florida Sire with his four yearling filly’s averaging $46,500 in sales.
At last week’s breeze show, Tunwoo – Soiree Stunner ’20 impressed when she sped through her 1/8 m. breeze in 10.0 flat. (Click on image to view video).
